BRANDON KILLIN, Client Coordinator

Brandon grew up in the small town of Lebanon, Ohio. He played everything from football, to wrestling, to track and field. During his athletic career, he faced and overcame multiple shoulder repair surgeries with long recoveries. His injuries led him to find a better way to train and get back to being a competitive athlete. Functional strength was the answer. First he found strongman in which he was a 4-year national qualifying competitor. He is now a competitive weightlifter, attending seminars with world champions, was recruited to train alongside team USA at the Olympic Training Center, is a CrossFit coach, and has his weightlifting coaching certification.

Brandon possesses a love for pure strength sports, specializes in different strength training programs, and a passion for helping people. He found in Mobility Fit, a group of people who love helping others as much as he does, and they also share the same belief; if you train as an athlete, you should rehab like an athlete. Brandon has personally experienced how a functional rehab program can make all the difference. A doctor told Brandon he would never lift heavy weight over his head again. He has seen first-hand how a functional rehab program made him not only healthy but also stronger than he ever thought he could be, reaching beyond his goals.

Now a homeowner in Middletown, Brandon lives with his wife Courtney, a cat named June, and a dog named Bruno. If you don’t see him walking the dog with his wife, you can be sure to find him renovating their home or in the gym working out. He is a big craft beer snob, loves to travel and be in nature. Ask him his favorite places to hike and unwind if you want an excellent recommendation!

Monica-for-website

MONICA VOLLMER, Billing Coordinator

Monica moved to Xenia, OH from California with her family in grade school and turned into an Ohio native soon thereafter. Continuously active, she grew up playing soccer, competing in equestrian sports and running Varsity track for her high school. A brief interlude at the University of Missouri-Columbia led to a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Fine Arts, and renewed vigor for weightlifting. Upon moving back to Ohio in 2014, she took up Crossfit and fell in love with the culture. Monica’s first job back in Ohio after college led to her obtaining her Ohio Health and Life Insurance license and then transitioned into Medicare sales. From there, she moved on to other opportunities and learned even more about insurance at a local company before taking on billing at Mobility Fit.

Monica knows firsthand about the difference the Mobility Fit Method can make. Before joining the Mobility Fit Team, Monica was a client for a shoulder injury causing issues in all overhead and gymnastic movements. She was originally told she may never be able to do overhead movements and lifting again. After hearing this, she sought out physical therapy that supported and understood her CrossFit and lifting goals. After working with the Mobility Fit physical therapists, she has been able to PR her clean and jerk!

Currently working towards a Dual Masters degree in Business and Health Administration, Monica hopes to bring her insurance knowledge to the team and streamline the billing process for each and every client.

You can find Monica most often at the barn training her competition horses, or at Crossfit classes, lifting with friends, doing yoga or hiking the trails with her Blue Heeler, Levi. Monica also loves to cook, paint and binge watch crime shows on Netflix!

“My experiences with Mobility Fit have been very positive. It starts with the personal relationship you build with Dr. Drew as his client. Through that, you build trust with him and he finds a way to get you excited about getting better, about having relief, and about learning preventative approaches.”
